I was happy to find this water on the shelves of Dollar Tree during the floods. The packaging is very attractive and I love the name.
I had no idea it was sourced right here in East TN!
Your water tastes great. Thank you for bringing your business to this area.
The truckers are not happy with their unloading process. Improving their experience will go a long way to improving your business.

This place is a joke, came to pickup and they refused the trailer because of 2 drops of water. Told me that I got 3 trucks in front me, 3 trucks later they not sure if they can load me or not. 2 Karen's in the front office, they don't want to work.

5 minutes late and refused to load the truck. They don't appreciate the truck drivers hard work. Avoid this place if possible. 0 star is my rate.

Had a bit of a time getting there. New facility so address not functioning on some GPS systems. I went with Google Maps and it got me on a dead end country rd,(Shaq Rd) I believe Don't go that way! Thankfully a FedEx local driver was behind me and helped get me out
You want to follow US -25 North out of town approx 3/4 to 1 mi. Look for Newport Bargain Barn and the entrance (New Driveway) is across from the Bargain Barn (Sign with 455 Great Smoky Mountains Rd was there). Lots of new construction and driveway is long uphill but you can see facility as land is all cleared.
I showed up a couple hrs early and was put into door immediately (#4). Green, Red,Green light system on coming in for paperwork and everyone was nice and professional. Pretty view from front parking/dock area too. Hopefully my Live Load(8ea Pallets) goes better than trip over to shipper did. Remember, don't go by Google Maps to get there!
