Every single part of the process was amazing! From talking with Jimmy and Amber through the sales part, both of them showing me so much patience as it took some time to collect details for my financing, the front door delivery from GA to FL from their driver Mike, and the responsiveness of Mason and the rest of the team in the office post delivery was absolutely top notch. If you need a tractor, you better give these folks a call! I would refer them 10 out of 10 times!! Thank you so much!

Let me just say this. I bought the tractor combo set with a grapple they installed. They put it all on a trailer and drove to my front door and I love this thing. Great tractor great price great sevice after the sale. If you need or just want a tractor you are paying to much if you dont buy from these guys.

would be zero but that's not possible purchased a tractor from them i used it one time to spred gravel in my driveway and a line blew out under it when i checked to see what happened i found the pressure line was brazed where it was blown out before don't know who fixed it but it should have been replaced they told me it was under warranty but I ended up paying for the parts to fix it still have not gotten my parts its going on 3 months now drop shipped to my house they said but I'm still waiting 3 more months and I am still waiting for the line's never made it to me. almost forgot thank you for the call that i got either

Was trying to get a "Tractor Package" from them they stopped responding to messages, asked them to call me multiple times through FB and left multiple voicemails throughout the week. Check your local dealer mine matched they're price and was alot more helpful. Picking up my new Tractor tomorrow!

I really want to like this place because they are the closest dealership to me, but I cannot recommend them to anyone! I bought a Mt468 from them in 2022. After delivery I had a couple of issues with missing pins and the shift knobs were chewed up. They told me they would ship new ones to me. THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

Fast forward a year, I put approximately 200 hours on my tractor. I broke the bevel gear on the left front. Of course the part is back ordered. Not the dealers fault. I waited over a month, calling weekly for an update. Tyler the parts and service manager told me each time the part order just said processing, no shipment date. He told me numerous times that he spoke with LS about the parts. Last week he told me the parts were at the warehouse waiting to be shipped.

I asked for the phone number for LS directly. I contacted them and they said it was in the warehouse waiting to be sorted and shipped.

Finally, I asked Tyler about the part today only to be told again it was processing. I contacted LS and the representative told me they have the part but they are waiting on the dealership to enter something in the system before they ship it. I have called the dealership three times today and left messages. I have no clue when or if my tractor will get fixed. This week’s delay was completely avoidable but poor customer service, even with me calling to inquire once a week, caused this delay.

They lie to their customers about fixing warranty parts. Told us they would be ready Thursday then while we're down there they Strip a bolt and told us they would have to put this other part on and it would be ready Friday, and they called and said their truck they tow with had a blow out and couldn't get it to us and for us to come get Saturday around lunch, we call before driving an hour and they tell us their rigging the part and not putting that other part on,we asked for owner and they said he was busy. We went down there to find out they haven't even worked on it. Lied for the 3rd time. The owner never apologized and said we were lieing about all of it, we have messages from them in writing but we lied, they called the cops trying to get us to leave and the cop said I can't make them leave. Cop told them they need to make it right. They finally get it finished and pull it out of shop and park by our trailer and won't speak and left running. So we walked over and looked at it and they had broke the tie rod on it and didn't tighten the steering knuckle down. Won't be back here again.

Worst experience buying a new zero turn lawnmower. Knew what I wanted, ordered said it would be ready by end of week. Two and half weeks went by and all of a sudden they are delivering at my door. No call or contact. I had called about a lift assist spring twice, wanted it added, no call back. I called them and did except delivery and Larry at shop said he would call back about lift assist in a few. No call back, no apologies from and just poor poor service. Don't buy from them if you don't want problems. Forwarned
