Absolute worst customer service by design. Don't be fooled by their "online" presence. Nothing "online" really works. No contract signing online (your personal data gets lost, nobody knows where but you don't get a contract even if you wait for months), no chat support (you get disconnected because they are "too busy" all the time and tell you to come back later), when you do get chat support you get one of two answers "not possible" or "wait longer", no online scheduling of your appointment (most of the time the system doesn't work and when it does it gives you appointments weeks later. They only handle ~8 people/day total with this system by design). Only choice to talk with them is to stay in a queue outside of their building (freezing) for hours hoping they get to you before they close for the day. You can buy gas from other companies, you don't have to go through all this pain just to give them your money.

They arrange an appointment for a technical review to my home. I have waited for them to home and no one from e-on presented in appointment day, or calling me to inform that they will not showing up.
So sad from their side.

Provide truly horrible customer service with lines spanning for 15-30 minutes daily just to pay a single bill.
Not to mention the fact that E.ON and in turn Romania has some of the most expensive gas and energy in the WORLD relative to local income!!!

Too much waiting and not very precise registration of the new addresses and INFOs. Not too satisfied.
