I was shocked at how much it’s changed since I last visited some 18 years ago. The new Supervisor has only been there 8 months but she is very happy to assist both over the phone and in person. Very welcoming atmosphere. Friendly, you don’t feel embarrassed / hassled looking for housing assistance.

I had a bad experience in here today I was on the phone with my husband as he is the bread winner and pays the bills since there were adjustments being made to our rent and I wanted him to hear how it was explained so that there was no misunderstanding and I can understand of them not wanting someone to be on their phone out of respect but I was told in a rude and disrespectful way that I needed to get off my phone and for that reason and a few others I'm giving 1 star
