I recently needed to replace a filter for one of our dryers. Unfortunately, I went to the wrong manual to provide the information for the machine that needed the filter. The piece that I ordered arrived within three days but, due to my error, did not work. I called the company back to order the correct piece and everything was quickly rectified.
The service at this company is excellent. They were extremely understanding of my error and worked with me to straighten everything out. The woman who assisted me on both calls is named May Ann.
