Once again, I will not receive the parts I need to do my job in time to meet my deadlines. Despite placing an order 6 days ago for parts that all showed sufficient stock for immediate shipment, contacting customer service 3 days later to remove an item from the order that was changed to “backordered” status and upgrade shipping to 2-day air so that I would receive the order early this week, I find out today that yet another item on the order has been marked as backordered. They can cancel the entire order and I will take my business elsewhere, because at this rate they don’t seem to have any intention of sending me any parts, or of reaching out to offer any solution that doesn’t involve waiting an indeterminate amount of time for them to do their jobs.

I've tried to get the correct part I need, x3 from this place and they cannot seem to get it correct even the 3rd time!!! I'm charged for the pare and shipping each time!?!? AVOID!!! Go get a different product and avoid Panasonic!!! Save time and headache trying to replace the part!!!

I ordered a piece with them almost a month ago, every time they change the delivery date, they make excuses, on the day of the sale they offered me that they had the piece in stock in another store and they would send it to me, now they say they do not have the piece that they are waiting for her!!!!! and the weeks go by and there is no solution!!!! terrible service
