Disrespectful delivery drivers. Calling workers out their name for simply doing their jobs. Ignore street permit signs, illegal parking. Disgusted by what I witnessed. No control over their employees

Horrible company to do business with. This company doesn’t care about you at all. All they care about is making money and that’s all. It used to be all relationships. Now it’s all about their money. That’s it. I hope more of their products are lost to other companies. It truly is an evil company. The only thing they get right is when they want their money on time. Other than that you can go figure it out for all other issues.

Your drivers suck. Today at 4:25 your driver made an illegal left turn from Essex onto Delancy blocking oncoming traffic. Then he drove in the median getting onto the BQE. Please hire safe, responsible drivers. I’ve reported today’s incidents to the police.

I would give a zero if I could ! They’re just outright nasty people that ordering department they’re rude. The drivers never deliver when they’re supposed to. They just leave. They are never there for my set time of delivery. They’ve screwed me out of orders several times and then they take your money out of the account and will not give it to you and tell you that you can have a credit this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in this business, and I will only buy what I need from that place from now on and get everything else from Southern Glaziers or the Resturant Depot . I never have a rep because they all quit ! They don’t know what the word Customer Service means I’ve signed up several times so I don’t have to do COD every time my paperwork missing and I have to call twice first to order them to release. It’s such nonsense and they think because they have you by the balls they could treat you like this. It’s absolute bullshit. So like I said I will only buy the necessities and get from southern and depot

The worst company to work with. They only, only care about their money. Otherwise their customers can go to hell for all they care. They don't care about their drivers nor their sales reps... Only their pockets. I hope they shut down and or lose their monopoly on products. .

Horrible company. ZERO customer service. They make it so incredibly complicated to pay a bill. We had a charge that was accidentally unapproved by a bookkeeper and were immediately reported to the SLA the next day. Noone reached out to us, noone emailed us about it. We only found out because another company we order from advised us.
When we called, they were extremely rude and when we asked why our rep hadn't reached out to us, they told us we don't have a rep. We asked to be assigned a rep and were given a ridiculous runaround. 2 months later and we still have no rep. Our account is still listed as delinquent despite us having overpaid thousands of dollars to make sure to resolve the issue right away. While other companies remove delinquent status the next day, Empire Merchants took a month to remove after persistent calling. When we called they would say we weren't delinquent and then they'd put us on hold for 15 minutes checking "things." Finally, one agent was able to get it removed a month after the account was brought to clear.

If this company wasn't such a monopolistic behemoth, I would boycott them completely. I literally HATE Empire Merchants. Stock your bars with liquor from every distributor but avoid Empire Mechants as much as possible.

Customer service are always so rude. It’s like I’m bothering them every time I try to pay for my order and they send me to 3 different lines every single time I call. They need a better operations. So many people to do one job. Customer service should be more crossversed! I rue every time I place an order.

🚨Jerk driver Alert 🚨You have a driver delivering out here on Long Island that is very rude and nasty and not following the traffic laws. Parking in no parking areas , blocking thru traffic and being a real &$);& about it!
