We had bought some furniture directly from a design studio in London and had no idea what to do when the shipper asked who our customs broker was….what/who’s that?!! Did some googling about the process and start calling. Speaking with David on the phone, I was immediately put at ease of his knowledge. He walked me through steps and I was onboarded within the hour. David as well as Joy were ultra patient and understanding throughout the whole process. We would not have gotten our beautiful furniture without their support. They made the whole alien and stressful process easy for me and I now know who to call should we ever have to have something cleared through customs again.

Eddie is the absolute best customs broker I had the pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend if your in doubt give him a chance. I've been working with him since February it's now august for several shipments for my business renovation project for our doggie daycare board groom in Huntington Beach. From doors, to tiles, plexi sheets. Chandeliers he helped get them consolidated in warehouse back over seas. His advise is also worth every penny. I had to redeliver some good because vendor had packed them badly and broke and needed extra he helped me quickly get those shipped. This is all during log in Long Beach and LA ports. Highly recommend our family is super grateful to him!
