The company I work for has been using their services for about 3 years now. We do onsite secure storage at their facility, which allows us to have records pulled as needed and delivered to the office. They currently house all of our records dated back to the 80s while we are transferring our written records to digital. We also use them for onsite shredding of our important documents. The entire team has been wonderful from initial contact, through pick up, and storage. Day to day they are kind, professional, and prompt. Our random and big requests are always handled by Matt who has been an all-star from the beginning. I personally appreciate how hard he works and how easy he makes the communication and process flow. Wonderful team and professional service!

We had a need to securely shred multiple boxes of past records containing sensitive employee and banking information. Embassy was very competitively priced, friendly, and courteous on the phone. Their method was to transport the files as is to their facility for shredding, versus shredding on-site. We were comfortable with this given their reputation. As the records were in off-site storage in Austin, we asked them to call ahead so we could meet them there. They did, on time, and expeditiously loaded their very clean and well-maintained truck. The Embassy team member John was very courteous. We noticed that he was very careful to fully lock and secure the truck every time we entered the storage building to make sure there was no chance of anyone getting in the truck while unattended. We wouldn't hesitate to engage them again, as we have annual needs to secure records destruction.

I have used Embassy Records Management and Storage on two different occasions to shred sensitive financial documents. On both occasions they have been excellent to work with. The first time I was there was to shred documents belonging to my father-in-law. He asked me to, if possible, stand and witness the documents were shredded. Jared, the General Manager was happy to have me do that. They do an excellent job and are very reasonably priced.
