dont work for this company they scam their employees the money is a joke i worked 5 days a week and got paid every 2 weeks and the pay was like $450 this job is a joke, the employees are nice, but its the owners that mess this job up

Bad customer service bad delivery services. They lost our payroll and tried not to take responsibility for the loss. I can never refer them for courier services.

As someone in the transportation business all of you who are complaining about late payroll deliveries should complain to ADP and Paychex since they are the ones driving the price point down to a price where most companies won't even give them a quote. Those that do have to be so frugal to make a buck they have to use the cheapest method possible

Horrible experience only gave one star because the zero star is not available.
This company delivered my gazebo and when he bring itl I show him the areas and how I wanted it. He gave me an estimate for the installation and we agreed on a date.
Then he said he will refer me to a freind of his for a concrete slab.
I did not want a concrete slab but call the referral anyway. The concrete’s freind wanted 5000$ for an 8x10 concrete slab. So I called the owner to let him know I would not do that.
Don’t have that kind of cash. He agree to install the gazebo and never showed up and wasted my weekend and then when I called today to confirm he said he will not install because I did not get a concrete slab. Horrible! Horrible and horrible I will never use them nor refer them to anyone .
No apologies nothing!

Wish I could give them ZERO stars, worst delivery company I have EVER seen or heard of. Twice on the BOL and on the box States 2 men are required due to the size and weight. They sent one man with a pick up truck, Extremely Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The guy plopped it onto my sliding door base and the 700.00 Bathtub I have is cracked. They will not do anything to fix the issue!!! Even though they did not make the delivery as required. Elite....far from it!!! PS Pilot Freight services is who farmed out the shipping to this horrible company!

They managed do deliver and break the first tv because they sent only one man when the delivery order clearly states two. THEN they had to delay my second order because they decided to pick up to pick up a package on the same day it was supposed to be delivered. Bunch of morons with ZERO customer service skills.
