Don't not recommend. They do not show up when they say the will be there. They don't call you and tell you they didn't make it or when they will show up. It gets better, we have been waiting for a part for 5 weeks and they won't answer or return our calls. I even sent them a very direct text and they still don't return our calls. Here is what I sent them...

Can you call me tomorrow. I'm really getting ticked about this situation. The unit is about 4 years old. I have to call you every 6 months to work on it because it doesn't work or freezes. We have been waiting 5 weeks for a part and you don't answer my calls. This needs to be corrected, and some better customer service would be appreciated.

I gave them a bad review. They chose retaliation and lying as their solution! They created a fake bad review at my place of employment, even insinuating that I have a mental illness. And told me they were going to VOID my warranty. Wow

We have had a great experience time and time again! We would highly recommend him to our family and friends. He is always punctual and keeps our units serviced and in good working order. He is reasonably priced and we appreciate him taking good care of us!

My heat went out too weeks before the snow storm. We called on a Sunday they answered and came Monday morning. They got it work and until the part came in and it went out completely that following Sunday, they came right back and realized the whole thing went out. This was the week of the snow storm. They got paper work handled and a new unit put in so we could at least have heat before the storm and followed up that Monday to complete the job. They were polite and they walked us through whole process.

Mike put in a new heat pump and all new duct system. We couldn't be happier. He was thorough, fast, made sure it was done correctly, and gave us a great price. We've had the system for a year now and we are more sure than ever that we had the best team for the job. We highly recommend him and his team!

IMr. Mike came by the house to inspect my unit and he was super nice and very informative! Within seconds of inspecting my unit he found issues. Fixed the problem and has best pricing I’ve seen in northeast Arkansas! Definitely would recommend them for any AC work!

I woke up this morning and my wall thermostat read 54°. I called Elite Climate Control. Workers came to my house in less than an hour. The problem was quickly fixed. Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and easy to deal with. I will be calling Elite Climate Control for all of my Air conditioning and heating issues from now on out.

I was in need of a transformer for my unit an thought I'd be out of ac for another week. But Elite was able to help me get a part an get my unit back up an running. They were courteous, an was able to help me on the weekend when no one else could plus didn't cost me extra fees just to get it diagnosed after others have tried an failed. Once again thank you Elite an I will be a returning customer if I ever need help again.
