If there was a star 0 I would give them for sure. i came 12:30 still can not check in guard shack is freaking slow a lot of truck are waiting we blocked the road the time is 13:00 still waiting to get to the guard shack

So far, so good. They ask you to drop the trailer in the assigned door, then park bobtail. BEWARE! Where you park bobtail is easy to get stuck and require getting towed out.

Smooth check in for a unload nice guard pulled around to the other side of the building. Clear directions was here a little early before appointment. A lot of room to maneuver, They do go by appointments by the way. There’s a truck stop about 1 mile from here that you can park at. Did you have to drop the trailer in the dock and waited till I was told to break the seal and open the door will update on how long it takes to unload, but we only had about half or a little less than half in the box

Good stop, but if you're in a semi make sure you use the main driveway. It splits between the car lot and shipping/guard shack on the left. We thought it was just for cars so drove past it. Then we had to fund a place to circle back. The satellite photo was so old that it doesn't show the building, parking lots or the streets. There's a pilot down the street and a few places to park on the streets behind and around Electrolux.

We received an email saying our shipment was going to be delayed… been without appliances for over a week now. Then they make it right and explain it’ll come the next day.. no big deal. Then we get 1/4 of the items we paid over $2100 for… can’t get ahold of anyone and everyone claims it’s not their fault and points the figure around and gives you the run around. The warehouse is 50 mins away and can’t get ahold of anyone. I am thinking about stopping payment on my 2 grand and walking with the microwave. But at the end of the day I just want my appliances I paid for and waited patiently for

I showed at 9am for my 230pm appointment. The guard shack had no clue what my pickup number started with, they sent me to shipping and receiving. These 2 ladies were 100%, respectful and on there game, they had me docked in 10 mins and loaded under 2 hrs, for 2 drops. I will definitely haul for these guys whenever load is presented to me

Drop and hook. Extremely helpful security/check-in lady. She had me bypass the pick-up line and escorted me to their drop yard. In and out in 30 mins.
