Check in is easy park on the street and walk in .they start unloading 6.30pm I Check in 4pm for 7pm appointment got the call 6pm .docks are tricky if you can't backup blindside make turn into the open gate in front of the docks and turn right and backup towards the docks. Quick unloading. You have to pay lumper.

Appt time 11:30 pm….check in…11:30…. Door at 1:30 am….unloaded at 2:15 am:
Park your truck on street and walk in to the office for check in and than they will call you and you can go inside with your truck and again you need to go to the check in office to get some papers and door no. After that, go to your door,back up and take those papers to lumper service at door 12. Lumper do accept cash, check and online payments.
Unloading is fast once you gets a door.

Entry to dock from S sterling ave. Park your truck on street(middle lane or curb) like everyone else. Go inside with paper work. They may take you in early if door available otherwise they will call you. Unloading is quick. 200$ lumper fee

They can take ur delivery early for dry van load .they charged lumper.tight dock spot but not too bad .park ur truck on street .than go to office in corner for check in.street v over night parking.but they can reject ur product if any pallet cardboard damaged .even ur product is ok

Here's the deal with this place.

1. Park on street
2. Walk to check in. I've labeled it in the picture.
3. Either they give you a door or you wait for them to call you
4. When given a door, don't bother with the front gate. The back two gates are open. I've labeled on the picture which gate to go through to set you up for backing. If you go through the front gate you might not be able to turn around to sight side back. Depends on if trucks are in doors and sometimes the hostlers put trailers along the wall making it impossible to turn around, forcing you to blind side.
5. Open doors, back in. Put electronic chock under trailer wheels.
6. Take paperwork to lumpers.
7. They send a text to pay. Be aware theirs almost no cell service here, which makes it fantastic to pay the lumper over the app (I have ATT). I had to walk across the street and down the road a little bit to get enough service to pay the lumper.
8. Lumper comes out, let's you know they're done.
9. Drive to the FRONT gate, park at security shack and walk in, and get your paperwork.

Place was kind of difficult. But not bad. The lumpers are fast. In and out in an hour and a half.

They overbooked, most of the dock workers could not communicate in English. And you have to walk from one end of the facility several times. Possibly the worst reciever I've ever been to. But they unloaded fast.

Not a bad place to deliver to, front office ladies are nice, the kid in charge of lumpers is nice and respectful, they have taken me ahead of my scheduled appointment if they aren't too busy which is always a plus.. the issue is that when they are busy, the street is a mess. And the dock doors are a bit tight, so you have to be at the very least a decent driver to back in. If you're new you will have a hard time...

Checked in, assigned door, unloading started quickly thereafter. Experienced drivers will have no problems. Usually enough area to turn around when you enter the dock area. You definitely need to know what you're doing, but easy if you do. The picture with the drawing on it: if you hug the wall you can easily turn around.
