Shipped a ton of items to eHub, it's been 3 weeks and it's not in their system yet. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. After calling everyday we finally got a hold of someone, they said their warehouse is slammed and they have a ton of shipments and are trying to process through it all. They need to pause shipments if they can't handle the volume. Our boxes are just sitting outside in the rain and will get damaged.

if you are thinking of using this company I suggest calling them until you get a hold of someone and ask what their honest expectations are the timeframe of receiving your products and shipping it out when you need it.

The website is sub par. There isn't a way to pay anything on the webpage and if they respond to inquiries by email, it is slow. They worked with us pretty well initially, but as we started phasing out the last of our inventory they deleted my account so I couldn't sign into the webpage and they never shipped my last 600 units. They won't respond to emails unless I threaten them with legal action. Very frustrating that they have essentially stolen my product and won't send it or respond to my emails. Unfortunately legal action is the only way I see of getting my product back. I obviously would not recommend this company

These guys have been fantastic. I can't say enough about how speedy and smooth their service is, and I am very happy I made the decision to trust my 3rd party logistics to them. I would highly recommend Matt and the rest of the team at eHub, and look forward to working with them more in the future. The online order input system is also very quick and easy to use! Great business.

THIS IS THE WORST WAREHOUSE EVER!

These guys do not respond to emails or calls and took 5 months to show up my delivered products in their records and took 7.5 months to ship it again even after paying in advance and still they lost my 150 units and refused to even refund me the shipping fees I paid for the lost units
