This EFW location is a damn joke for truckers.. When u come here for 235 just go straight To the end Where dock 37 is located When u arrive early than your appt they complain when you on time they are slow. When you are late they complain. I was parked in the dirt lot alot from where trailers are parked by dock 37 here come the ghetto country girl from desk telling me to move n there was no truck there i wasnt blocking.

Make sure to park on the gravel at the back of the lot when you arrive. They will throw a hissy fit if you do not. Office opens at 9am. They do not care what your BOL says. Office is on the side of the building by door 37. Make sure they have your correct number. This place likes to play games with your time.

Place is by appt only. From m-f 8-‘5 if u get here late you can park in the very back. Just of course make sure you are out of the way of other trucks in the am.

I've been here several times 235 Jimmy Deloach Pkwy Suit B in the back and haven't had any issues ever. There is tones of space however, where you enter it is a shared lot if you arrive super early and the offices are still open just comfirm if it is okay to park around back out of the way. I have only had to deliver here they are super fast even getting you out in under 30min max an hour!!! The staff is super friendly and yes they work by appointments but tend to run ON TiiiME from what I've seen/experienced. I'd come back anytime for a load anytime in comparison to some other places I've been to. Even at the Walmarts you aren't allowed to wait on site I took full advantage and ordered some essential groceries and had lunch delivered as I just wanted to relax and not worry about a mess or clean up and needless to say ALL went well!!! Becareful of the construction and traffic depending on which way you are coming from and you will be just fine!!! See y'all soOn & thanks for the amazing customer service!!! Those other reviews my be from the suites up front let's be specific because not at my EFW WHS they don't play in & out!!!

No overnight parking on facility plenty of parking on 95 before heading in. Nice and big parking lot to maneuver . Reception was nice got me in and out within 30 minutes. Great place
