Horrible company to work with. Falsely advertise. Don't spend 35.00 to reserve a space. rip off
Your website asked when i needed it, i indicated 10.10. Your office said i had to start paying rent now, september 9th or lose the 35.00. When i told her what the website said she said it was wrong and this is your policy. I have no issue paying rent now for oct but not a month early

Do not be deceived! It is not as easy to work with this company as they say it is. After hours, there is no person to speak live with EXCEPT when you are renting a unit. If you have problems with the storage facility after 4:30p, there is no one to speak live with. Our problems were: 1)My husband called to change the credit card we were using monthly with them. I overheard his call. He asked them to charge to the new card he gave them. A couple of weeks later, our kids drove 2 hours to take some things out of storage. 2)The code that had worked would not get them in. The machine said we had not paid for the month of Dec(the month that my husband had given the new credit card for payment). I left 2 voicemails on their answering machine, asking to have my calls returned. No one returned my call the next day, or at all.
3)My son tried his credit card twice. It was rejected, however, upon checking his statement the following day, Eden Isle Sorage had charged his card twice, then credited it twice.
4)I drove over & tried my credit card. It too was rejected. We paid cash for the month of December & were then let in but they charged us a $10 late fee, on Dec 5, 2018.
5) We had moved most things out of the unit by Dec 7. Today, Dec 11, we went to get our remaining items. Our code would not work. I called Eden Isle Storage & the person who takes their calls told me her boss had given her a note earlier in the day, that there would be 5 minute delays for customers entering today. We finally got thru the gate.
6) We opened the door to our paid-to-date unit & it was empty!! I called EIS & was told they thought we were moved out, so they cleared the rest out! That is stealing. I asked for my December payment, along with the $10 late fee, to be returned to me. The woman said we cannot do that because you were in the unit on Dec 5. Yes I was. I paid for the month of December. Why did you take my things?
So be very careful with your choice of Storage. It was a most unpleasant experience for us with Eden Isle Storage. They really are not interested in quality customer service, as was shown to me by the woman representing them on the phone today.
