EasTenn made a mistake reloading our pallets that were restacked and then would not own up to their mistake and give a refund. They left large gaps between multiple rows that allowed the pallets to fall immediately after leaving their facility. I am posting pictures of the pallets that have gaps in front of them that we found when we were restacking the load that EasTenn loaded incorrectly. When questioned, they shifted the blame off of their dockworker and blamed our driver when the pictures showed the gaps that were left.

Ok let me tell you what’s up. First don’t turn in their yard!!!!! Very tight streets and I’m they sent us to another building so we all had to turn around and come out. On most turns there are very deep pot holes or drains.
Other than that everything else was fine. No type of over night parking but you can do creative parking on the side of the street down the block. My advice get here early and go to a truck stop!!!

Up date this has never happened in all my reviews one of the guys from the office( Billy ) came over and actually spoke to me about the review and the situation I spoke about!! Rather he is a owner or a worker I think it showed excellent concern towards the drivers that come here and I definitely am changing my review..
I can’t say how much it meant for someone to not send an automated response and to come hear my side!!! Great people great convo and much appreciated

Had an emergency last minute crossdock need, and Christine was able to work an absolute miracle for me and get it done late on a Friday afternoon. Couldn't be more happy with the service, professionalism, and overall experience. Would highly recommend for any warehouse/crossdock need in the Knoxville area.

Hands down one of the BEST facilities I have ever worked with! We had an emergency situation where the driver would not be able to go home for the weekend and would miss his next load due to a situation at the receiver. EasTenn was past their last receiving appt time but waited on my driver to arrive and unloaded 44 pallets in less than 30 mins! GREAT people to work with!!

We restock 3 pallets said will charge us $800 and end up charging us $1100 for restock , what a JOKE , do not use this place
