When I needed to send a hard copy of an important document via fax I called Eagle Postal Express to inquire about the cost of service, but they didn't answer... As I continued to make calls elsewhere, I received a call-back from Eagle Postal Express and they ended up saving the day (and way more than that due to the service I suddenly needed). Their cost was about 1/3 of the price for the same service compared to the nationally known big brand stores. While I waited for my ~60 page fax to be completed I even shopped around in the store and found a birthday card for mom. Great service and very helpful. They went the extra mile by making the effort to call me and really saved me some money!

I've been to this place several times since the new owner took over and I'm not returning. The staff do not know the difference in postage stamps from needing to mail a package. They do not sell package mailing (buying a usps, ups, DHL label), only allow drop off of a package pre labeled for ups, but they do not provide a receipt as proof of drop off. The guy behind the counter can't tell you what services they provide beyond pkg drop off. A smart business would at least sell you a label even if not usps. they don't really offer any services and their customer service stinks. A postal service that doesn't sell stamps or mail pkgs for you. What a joke.

EDIT: The defensive response from the owner says enough. He failed to understand that I was NEW in general. Instead of assisting me to try and help me get a box with or without iPostal, he just went about his day. If you were new in a shop, I would try to earn your business, instead you went about cleaning and enjoying your TV.

First time trying this place out. Set up a virtual PO Box with iPostal. I showed up Saturday and they closed an hour early "due to the long holiday weekend" it was Labor Day weekend. Also the door was unlocked with boxes laying around. So I was VERY confused. They were closed but the door was open. I would hate to have personal mail and packages sitting around like that.

I went back during the weekday to see about my PO Box and the man at the counter said he did not have it. Asked me to contact ipostal, I did they refunded my money. I felt like the man, not sure (if he's the owner or not) didn't really care too much for my business or that I was new to his place. Absolutely the worst first impression I have ever experienced with a small business. Guy was too busy watching cricket and then proceeded to start vacuuming while I sat there trying to figure out how to rent a box.

I got up from my chair, clearly frustrated with the process he stopped vacuuming and walked outside to throw trash away.

Personally, if I owned a business and had a new customer I would take my time with them. I went based off reviews, I am not sure who these people spoke to but this man was far from deserving 5-stars. I hate that I am spending time writing this review but I need to make sure others don't waste their time like I did.

This place is great. I’ve shipped several packages as well as done UPS and FedEx drop offs here. Besides being a one-stop shop for shipping, they have phenomenal customer service. Recently I was having trouble printing a shipping label at home and the digital barcode I had wasn’t working, so Chuck took my package and my contact information and said they’d figure it out since I had two kids in the car and needed to leave. They were able to figure out how to print my label and emailed me with an update quickly. So glad this little shop is in my neighborbood
