I called them from Virginia Beach at 12:08 pm to have a letter sent delivered. The letter was received by Eagle Express and in the hands of the delivery driver at 12:42 pm. The letter was delivered and signed for at 1:16 pm. That is what I consider exceptional customer service! They saved us in a situation where Fed-Ex lost our envelope for delivery! I would definitely use them again!

We tried out Eagle Express for the first time at our business. I had two important documents that I needed to get sent out for our CEO. Carlos was welcoming & assisted me with all that we needed over the phone. Pick up happened in 30 mins or so. Delivery updates were provided via email, which was outstanding. No complaints. We look forward to using them for future business.

Brad & Team helped me out when I was in a pinch. He went the extra mile to make sure I got an important package picked up and delivered to the correct place. I'm not from the area so I consider myself lucky to have dialed Eagle Express to work with. They are friendly, professional and reliable. All the things you want in a service company. I highly recommend them if you need a delivery service.

Had a super last minute and urgent delivery needed in TX. I am working from out of state so having this as an option was great. It couldn't have been an easier situation. Called Eagle Express, set a pick up time an hour after the phone call, gave address for pick up and drop off, and things were done ASAP.

Would definitely use them again if something came up.
