Run as fast as you can from this company. Three times the door skin has flown off the side door and they refuse to do anything about it. The construction on this product is junk!!!!!

Bought trailer from one of their dealers in Fitzgerald on 11/23/22 but the build date is 11/18/22. So I’ve only had the trailer for 102 days and just noticed that the exposed paint has severely deteriorated and the underlying frame is heavily rusted. I have other trailers that are older and are not anywhere close to this condition.

This not only shows poor workmanship but it looks as if the manufacturer simply painted over an already heavily rusted frame and then sold it as new. I can only wonder what the frame looks like where I can’t easily see.

Trailer cost 6100 through Leonard s Trailer in Roanoke Va This is the poorest job of craftsmanship,LEONARD S should be ashamed for selling a trailer built by Eagle. It’s such a shortage because lack of workers, so we are charging you an inflated price with a shabby product

They responded promptly, designed, and sent us a custom sticker for our trailer. We’re very satisfied with their service!

We purchased this trailer 2 years ago. The trailer is maintained and well taken care of, but still broken. Within the first 6 months we had to replace all hubs and brakes because the initial installation was incorrect and cause them to lock up. Due to the brakes locking up we had to replace tires also. The frame is bent and the side door doesn't shut properly anymore. All of the trim on the interior has fallen off because it is cheaply stapled in place. The roof is paper thin and can easily be punctured if hit with anything. The ramp door is flimsy and the ramp flap will break early on. The aluminum on the exterior wrinkles and is cracked all around the door. The diamond plate has lost almost all of its screws at one point and we had to replace them to keep the diamond plate from falling off. This is by far one of the most poorly made trailers that we've ever experienced. Save your money and don't buy an eagle cargo trailer.

I purchased an Eagle hybrid trailer from this company. I'll say I had some trouble with communications and dealing with the "Then" manager of the company. I felt like I was getting scammed due to lack of communication. We battled hard but eventually settled the issues. When I arrived at the location for pick up, it wasn't ready. After 2 months of building and an 18 hour drive, I arrived at 830am. Still needed some finishing touches. All in all, it's a nice trailer. It's the first all aluminum tandem axle hybrid trailer they ever built. They over built it and did a great job. Price was half of what I'd have paid in Michigan. Still going strong but a few screws are breaking off on the outside from movement while towing. Replacing as they break. I'd recommend this company BUT plan on not getting any kind of communication after the deposit is sent until it's almost complete. Make sure you have a list of how you want it built because you won't be able to change your mind. They won't respond to your emails or calls.

Complete trash, they also go by Steel Pines Caego LLC, but use differnt names because there horrible. Expect a trailer welded worse than kids drawing with crayons. It's beyond hilarious that they have anyone who even thinks they can weld. Also not one cut will be square, this company is the true meaning of ENTITLED workers. I would trust a burger flipper to build a better qaulity trailer.

I left a great review at the time I purchase this trailer because I felt I had received very friendly and excellent customer service. The trailer was delivered to me and when I had asked what type of Jack I needed to have I was told that they had one there and they could bring it along with a new spare tire that way I knew I had everything covered to be safe everything was new and everything came from what I assumed was a reputable company. At the time of purchase the gentleman was very friendly. The very first time I use the trailer even with the Jack fully raised I only had about 3 inches of clearance because they brought me a drop hitch and at the time I had no idea that it was dangerous because I trusted the dealership that I bought everything from. I was told there was a warranty and if there are any problems they would take care of it. I live on a hill which the gentleman drove on to bring my trailer to me and the hitch and the spare tire and on my way up the hill I felt the bottom of the Jack scrape the driveway briefly. Other than that we had no issues on the trip. Once we got to the location and we we're lowering the Jack as soon as it made contact with the ground it completely buckled under. I had to have someone come to look at it and was told that it could not be safely driven back on my vehicle so I'm going to have to pay to have it trailer back to me which is about a four-hour drive so that I'm already upset about but the gentleman told me that I'm very lucky that we didn't go over a railroad track because with the drop hitch on there and that low of clearance if we would have got hung up on a rail of the train tracks it could have been catastrophic. So not only was it not safe for the trailer it was not safe for us to have been given the drop hitch that we paid for along with the new trailer. I contacted the person I bought this trailer from it did not receive a reply back in a few days so I called the company and evidently it's a father-and-son deal so they did everything they could to try to blame it on me and it doesn't really matter in my opinion whether it's a faulty Jack or if it was damaged when it scraped the bottom because I had to drop hitch that they brought me all of those choices were made by the dealer and just paid for by me and even after I'm paying hundreds of dollars to have my trailer brought back to me they are not going to make any effort to help repair the Jack and the Damage so now I have a brand new trailer that I will probably spend more money on to get back to me after just one trip and repair it so that it can be used again. Gone is the friendly customer service gone is just let us know we'll take care of it. No apology for putting myself and Mike family in danger no apology for the extra money it's going to cost me to have to trailer my new trailer back no effort has been made or evidently will be made to help it be repaired and made whole again. It's so frustrating because I made it clear the reason I was purchasing a new trailer is so that we would be safe I would be buying everything I needed from one person that I expected to be reliable and I got the exact opposite. It doesn't matter how friendly someone is when you're purchasing an item if they are unfriendly and unhelpful and actually completely Unapologetic for the damage and danger they caused. Definitely would not recommend this company at all you're better off to just buy a used trailer off of Craigslist or something.
