Guy at gate(on intercom) was great and guy in office at door 129 was nice to me. Trailer in door 10 minutes past appt time. Empty after 2 hours. They give you your signed paperwork right away when you check in. I forgot. Not used to that and the guy in the office was a good sport about it and we had a good laugh. So I had a good experience. No bathrooms for drivers though.

Terrible place for truckers. Don't get a load booked while you are here and expect to make it after dropping their load. YOU WILL NEVER MAKE IT!! I arrived at 6:17 am. and wasn't unloaded until 2:30pm. The staff in the office are very standoffish and would feel like they are being bothered by your presence. Asking or even wanting to know about the status of your trailer because they don't allow you to back it to the door is almost an impossible task. Like I said, avoid this place at all cost worst place to get unloaded or even loaded.

Update January 30, 2025: I finally received my package after 3 weeks of digging for it! Next time I will pay extra for FedEx or UPS shipping! And I will give credit to Kenny and Carla at the Lexington postal station for what help they offered to help a fellow disabled veteran in need. They did do what they could in their limited capacity. Many thanks to them for bringing closure to this situation.

This is called the "Saint Paul MN Distribution Center" even tho it is in Eagan. In case one uses the USPS tracking app or website. It is next to the Lexington Postal Station 55121 zip code. The public can't enter this station, and for why I haven't a clue.

My experience with this place is with a package that I have waited almost a month for that was shipped from New Jersey. It was shipped via Priority shipping which means that a recipient should receive it within 2 to 3 days not 3 weeks! It was shipped on January 10, 2025 and was held up on January 17, 2025 per USPS tracking system for some God awful reason. Had to launch a service ticket to find out where in the heck my package was.

Then on January 27, 2025 per the USPS tracking system showed my package finally at the "Eagan Distribution Center". I went to the Lexington Postal Station on January 28, 2025 to inquire why my package wasn't delivered on January 28, 2025?!? Like most packages that I have received would follow the same routine once the Distribution center received packages would send them to their respective Postal Stations to be sent out to the carriers most times on the same day. Not in my case tho. And what I find interesting is that my address can be either Eagan, MN or St. Paul, MN which are both valid on my address. I live in Eagan not St. Paul, but I digress here.

Needless to say I had to do a lot of "foot work" to get a package that I spent $900 for to get it delivered to my home. One shouldn't have to go thru this crap to get a package! USPS needs help badly! But, add insult to injury is that one can't get a package from the Distribution center not even Postal Employees?!? I digress here and hope my package is delivered on January 29, 2025. 🀞🀞

We ship around 2000 orders / month. In the last 3 months this facility has lost over 225 orders. At this facility. The shipments arrive and then the tracking never updates. They just sit here and will continue sitting here because they are lost!!!! Their customer service reps are a complete joke. They commit fraud, the shipping labels we buy include shipping insurance. Yet we have not been paid a single time for the lost packages that have been lost in this facility! This totals to nearly 5000$ worth of inventory this β€œgovernment” group has lost in our orders. Never again will we ship a single order with USPS. Usps should be shut down permanently. Everyone here is a joke. FedEx, and ups, and Amazon don’t loose packages like USPS. And yet this company begs the government to get even more money from tax payers every year.

ZERO STARS
I paid for 1st class shipping and my package was supposed to show up on Friday but according to the tracking info my package has been sitting at the distribution hub since 3:51Am Thursday morning. At this rate I will be lucky to have it on Monday which means it will be at least 3 days late! Why offer first class service if you are unable to actually provide 1st class service. I pray to God that karma catches up to them & they pay for some kind if service and get screwed out of what you paid for!

One package lost, sitting in this USPS distribution center for weeks. Mailed my customer a replacement. Now that one is also sitting in the distribution center. Next one is going by UPS. In the last two weeks I have filed 12 missing mail forms and 7 claims. What is going on USPS? Fire DeJoy already!
