.y loading appointment was at 2:15 pm (Flatbed load). Got there at 10:30am , they started loading me after 15 minutes. Not bad .Nice people too.

Ok it’s not that bad, well for me it was not. I’m a team driver so hours aren’t a problem. So here’s the breakdown of our time here. 2:30pm arrival, appt time 4:30pm, you are allowed to stay on site to wait to get a dock door. Called at 5:55pm to get into a door. Loading complete 6:40pm. After adding a load bar, having to wait for them to seal the trailer and get our paperwork, we were out of here about 7pm. Experience will totally vary upon driver for sure and the commodity you are hauling. Employees were nice at check in and over the phone.

Truck entrance to get to this facility is on HWY 21 ! No any other way ! Loading is about 2/3 hour ! But couldn’t see any restroom for driver

All reviews regarding time wait to be loaded are spot on. I've waited 5hrs while writing this and still no dock door. I've observed once a truck gets a door, then up to 2 more hours to get loaded. PS: If you drive for Walmart, you get in and out in less than an hour.

Nice people.
Had appointment for load to pick up at 1400, checked in at 1500, got door right away. Was done by 1700.
Scale on facility and is very accurate as Cat scale.
If you driving Reefer make sure trailer is dry from inside.
