Arrived 10 mins before appt. Got a door right away and was loaded within 45 mins. Great facility plus lots of room to maneuver. Once you get the green light, you get your paperwork on your way out at the gate which is A plus for me 👍🏽

6/20/22 I had an amazing experience picking up there. You have to slide trailer tandems to the rear. 1 to 2 hours to load. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

Easy check in/out, fast load, friendly staff. I'd give em a 4 or 5 but not crazy about how they load the trailer. 30k all slammed to the front. Didn't put it over or anything but really unbalanced between the drives and tandems. I don't know why these loaders now-a-days don't wanna spread the loads out. USE THE WHOLE TRAILER, you're paying for it. The math is simple - you got 13-15 rows available depending on how ya load the pallets. Stagger them 2, 1, 2, 1, etc. or put half up front, leave a gap and the rest on the rear... Spread it out!

I have bought Duracell batteries for more years than I want to admit. They continuously leak when the company states that they won’t. AAA, AA, D, doesn’t matter the size or the age they leak and have ruined numerous controls or flashlights or anything I put them in and leave unused for 12 to 15 months. All of the batteries were within the printed date. My most recent situation are AA batteries with a date yr of 2030 and have been in an expensive UV light and is leaking and corrosion has happened. I have written a few time to customer service via their website and received no response.

Done with this company and will be moving to Energizer Batteries. And will make my complaints know on Costcos review page as well as I have purchased the bulk packages there and they should stop selling Duracell batteries.
