Awful. You are really on your own if your package/mail goes through this office. I've had a package sitting there for over a week and hasn't been updated. In that time i've had packages mailed & received to myself from across the US. I'm 30mins away from the distro center. Embarrassingly unqualified for the responsibilities they hold.

One package left 24 hours after being there and another has been in limbo, for over FOUR DAYS. They took on Merrifields's mail service and would rather ignore other cities, over hiring more people and getting stuff out.

I called my local USPS store and they said, "Oh, that's a small package. It's probably stuck in a conveyor belt or is in a corner somewhere". They didn't even offer a solution.

Now I have to get a refund and the seller has to wait for their item to come back.

Horrible service. Had a package stuck there for 5 days still is. I tried calling, no answer.

My package arrived here December 27th and has now disappeared, Post Office needs to go. I have lost or had mis-delivered multiple packages during 2023. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Even though my package was processed a day late but Amanda was willing to special help us to find the package that we really needed for that day instead of the following day. Thank you Amanda for your efforts.

The phone just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing....Does not matter how many times I call, they just never pick up. Actually, let me retract that statement. They did pick up once, sighed, and then hung up. I understand it is the holidays, I truly do, but this is what you chose to do for a living. Please don't make the public suffer. I have had a package just sitting at Dulles for a week and a half. I receive daily tracking updates stating "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility". Our tax dollars, atrocious high cost of stamps amongst other things partially go towards these facilities. I would love for someone to pick up the phone so I could just go pick it up, but that doesn't appear to be an option since no one will pick up the phone. 🙁 I ordered this in the beginning of December. It has been a month. Even with COVID related issues and a good portion of people using USPS to mail holiday packages, a month still seems extreme.

This Dulles Distribution center sent my package back to California instead of sending it to Sperryville, Virginia. What are they doing. They never checked the lable where it is going to… the employees there should be removed for being irresponsible! I’m so disappointed!

From tracking my overnight express package, it left Dulles facility at 4:30, time of delivery was supposed to be 6:00 pm. I gave them a break because it was rush hour. When it didn’t arrive by 7:00, I was furious! The message on-screen says “in transit”. It’s now 10:00pm! It’s not too late, I’ve seen postal vehicles in my neighborhood as late as 11:00. Sad part is there are no consequences for shoddy USPS behavior.
