I went to pick up a flex route and there was an error in the system and the application was blocked, I was worried then the manager came out to talk to me, he was very kind and helped me a lot so that I could make my payment and that my account would not be affected. His name is Cristian Garcia, the manager is very kind and helpful. There was also a very hard-working guy, I don't remember his name but he was also very kind and helped me a lot so it is worth mentioning him.

The pay is pretty good, but I absolutely hate working there. The other Amazon buildings were great places to work, but I've come to find out that delivery stations suck.

As a Amazon Flex driver this new loading process needs to stop. You're making it difficult on everyone. It wastes too much time and everyone is up your butt to finish and pressured you to move like we are in the military. Go back to the old way where people can come and go as they please!

I was late because I had to wait for everyone. No signs. This place is confusing.

Really good people work here. I started here, got through training, than I got severely ill and needed a surgery. They kept me on, and are allowing me to return when I'm medically cleared. Most places would have terminated me, I haven't even been there a week. I just think its cool how understanding they are.

You fired my son. You have made me re-think my relationship with Amazon. As of a year ago, we had spent $91,062.88. $38,104.19 of that was from the first day of the pandemic lockdown to 4/2022. I haven't run the reports since 4/2022, and that feature is no longer available, but we've averaged right around $1,000/month for 2023 so far.

No more.

You will not be the first place I check when I need/want something. You will be a purchase of last resort. If I have to pay a little extra elsewhere and even wait longer, that's what I'll do.

Buy Amazon - only when I have no other choice.
