First time checking in. Drive in to the parking lot and make a U turn. Find a Parking. Walk in to check in or scan to sign up. Not before one hour your appointment. Unloading is fast. It’s tight parking in the door.

4pm appointment got here at 3am, read a review that says to park on Boston pl, that is accurate, the gates to the yard are closed till morning, only then can you come in the yard and park past door 20. I checked in early at 1pm they said my appt was at 4pm and that they'll call me. Tight docking, some tighter than others but at least it's not crazy busy, only reason I gave this a 4 star is because they wouldn't take me earlier than appt, other than that not a bad experience here

Places like these are hell for the truck drivers,you can’t sit in your truck while they unloading you and they don’t care how many hours they will take,driver if you drive long and thinking you can take a nap when you’re on dock no bro you can’t do that in this place, 08-02-2024 9 trucks delivering the loads average time for one truck is 5-6 hours so better to think twice before you deliver here

Really professional service MARCO ARCEO load my truck Really respectful Really professional 1st he said hi then introduce his self then explain to me the way it works after all Start loading and the most important part he drove the forklift in the trailer safe speed I spoke with the gentleman by name of RAMON at the time of check out he was really respectful too

Backing is decently ok if there are no trucks backed in. I got door 8 & I struggled some due to another driver in the way. But I ain't no bish. Sooo I got that shii! Marco is kool & you have to scan the QR code to check in. Make sure you have your license plate number. Quick process. You have to stay at the door they give you on the inside while they load you. You can't sit in your truck. Bathroom is clean & soap.

Got me in and out pretty quickly. There's parking passed dock 20. Depending on what door you're in, you might need to drop your trailer, so other drivers can back in. Guy that did my paperwork is pretty funny.
