Zero stars is more like it! While some co workers and direct supervisors are good the office staff and upper management is not. They do not understand what tax with holding is and the different taxes that need taken out. They screw up your taxes and your left to foot the cost. When the office makes a mistake they refuse to address it or fix the issue.

I called to get some information for marketing and the lady that answered the call was pleasant but she put me on hold. I could hear here looking or searching in the background my problem is she never came back to the call after the long hold she just transferred me. Another lady from HR picked up and was very helpful even though it's not her department. I am grateful to have been transferred to HR because I was able to express the customer service issue being transferred without her coming back to the phone. I expressed my hope that others can be treated with a better level of customer service. There are some customer service practices I can tolerate mainly because I trained customer service agents in the past with great success so with that there was room for improvement on the customer service side and express that to HR in hope of this change helping everyone that calls.

We used DSI for on site security checks during our construction project in Dothan, AL. It was a pleasure working with them and they always did what they said they would do. Companies are paying for security at their establishments but instead security is napping every chance they get. The amount of burglaries and vandalism to vehicles is crazy when DSI is there to monitor. I guess those naps are well needed…
