Only one experience but it was a good one. 06:30 appointment, arrived at 05:50. Pulled up to security window and sat in the comfort of my truck for maybe 10 minutes. Was givin a door number and directions to it. In door 1.5 hrs. Pulled back to opposite security window for seal and bol. Whole experience took 2 hrs.

I don't know why the previous comments are negative, the lady who receives you is very kind. My appointment was at 6:30 pm. I arrive at 5:15 pm. They give me door 28. At 5:45 pm, she was already giving me the papers back.

4//4/24. 0845a. What a joke. Slow process to check you in. They have no care for your hrs of service. The guy at the window is rude. He has 4 drivers outside waiting on him to come out and check us in and out. Entrance under construction and the security only tells you go to the back to 10 spots. That it. No instruction on how or who the check in with.

Man this place sucks so bad. It's over crowded. Line of trucks waiting to check in. Oh but if your not Dr. Pepper you need to park and walk up to check in. You will wait in line longer then you will wait to be loaded! The security or w/e you want to call them are literally slower then Molasses. They purposely waste your time to check in. This place is a very tight turnaround to park on the back side.

Very slow check in , GS is all the way in the back of facility,if you’re lucky & get 10 trucks ahead of you expect 2+ hours just to check in , moving once every 15 minutes average

Very Very bad place for truckers at check in 😠 lady is so rude not taking one minute early but they can make you late for next delivery if you don't like this job stay home don't make other people's day bad
