Staff is polite but the unloading time is forever checked in 7:30 am for 8 am appointment got door 12 pm and now it’s 1:45 pm still here , don’t know why everybody else say quick unloading must b there own drivers those are the only truck I have seen goin in and out.

Appt at 3am got door # 3 immediately. Little over a hr done. If you can drive getting in a door not a problem. Plus it wasn't any trucks when I got here. Maybe later in the day is different. I suggest you arrive no earlier then 15 to maybe 30 mins early parking in the street.

Check your Google maps so you know the layout before you arrive. Driveway is easy to miss.
Backing is tight, but if I could do it, you probably can.
Chock your wheels and leave your reefer on.
Not overly busy, but you might not want to block their trailers in when you check in at the North side of the docks. Flip a switch to the up position to set off a light. They'll come to the door eventually.
As for unloading times I'm sure it's subjective. It's all going to depend upon what's going on inside.

Whoever said the docks arent that difficult unless you're new... idk where you went but it wasnt here lol, i mightve just had a bad day but im generally not bad at backing but this place is tight, not in terms of where you need to go but theres maybe a trucks length of area to maneuver and strategically placed obstacles that get in the way, I've seen worse but had a strange amount of trouble with this one but your mileage may vary.

Other than that, this place is fantastic. Checked in at 0430 for 0500 appt. Door was ready at 0500 on the dot and about 45 mins to unload a full trailer, and on top of that the people were very friendly and patient

The dock was not as difficult as figuring out where the shipping/receiving door is. I backed into the enclosed yard since it looks like there isn't enough room to turn around. I'm used to these kind of yards. shallow but lots of space between doors. Turn out later and get a long, diagonal setup like you're backing into a space at the Denver TA. Easy peesy.

Fairly quick unload they will take you ahead of schedule there is no lumper fee docks are not that difficult to get in to unless your new to driving there’s parking down the street if you find yourself out of time or arriving early Petro and TA truck stop are up the block but they charge for parking

Don’t check in until your appointment time I checked in an hour early was told to park on the street and they will call when they are ready to unload been here for three hours now still waiting on the call

Just the space is the problem
