We just had two amazing guys deliver some furniture from Graham and Green, they were polite, helpful and careful and even offered taking the packaging away with them! They were so lovely that I felt the need to write a review. Thank you so much!

This company took a chunk out my brand new £2000 bed on fitting it. Then scarpered as fast as they could. Will be taking up with company I ordered from as I did not choose this delivery company. Nothing worse than dishonest employees.
To top this all off the company then tried to make up a whole web of lies coming from Nyal Heslop saying the bed was checked before and after piece by piece. Utter garbage. Look at the state they dumped all the packaging outside my house whilst opening the bed outside on the garden. Their choice definitely not mine. A lie detector would sort the lot of you out!

Quite possibly the wort courier company we have ever had to use. We ordered an appliance from a website, it was due to be delivered by this company. Unfortunately the company we ordered from gave them half of our postcode. They were due to turn up on a Thursday between 1 &4 pm. It got to 4.15 and no show so decided to call them. Got through to someone in the call centre who told us the drivers would call us back. An hour later and they called to say they were in London (3 hour drive from us) needless to say they never arrived. We spoke to the company who told us they would sort it. They then couldn't offer another delivery date for a week. This point were almost 2 weeks without a cooker. We accept and give them the benefit of the doubt. Week later they arrive,late. They turn up, unable to even get the cooker into my house so leave it stranded in my front garden!! I will never use this company. The drivers are rude and do not behave in a professional manner and the call staff are equally rude. Avoid at all costs honestly.

We didn’t get the names of the two delivery guys, a pity really because they were fantastic. Our order was a fragile item that was incredibly well protected and packed and, naturally, arrived in perfect condition. Thank you, we are delighted!

We used @nexp-dd.co.uk also known as domestic distribution 2 man service to deliver our furniture. Nexp Dd was a good company until they damaged a £750 chest bombe from us. They denied breaking it by email then offered us a measley £35 compensation. Now last Wednesday they said they don’t want to work with our company anymore. We have declined the £35 compensation from them but the thing is we have not even gone into detail yet of the damage, as the broken item was only returned the end of last week, as we thought from our customers email the damaged Chest has taken a hit and it’s now ruined. Nexp dd have denied breaking it via email and now have closed our delivery account because we have complained. Really disappointed how we have been treated by nexp-dd.co.uk ‘domestic distribution, Really terrible unprofessional behavior for our commercial work. We have lost a sale now for £750 and they gave given us a bad name. Do not use them for your business as they will lose you customers at the drop of a hat...

Very happy with the service. Was provided a 3 hour timed slot and 30 minute call prior to arrival and goods delivered to where I wanted them and packaging removed and taken away. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Wish I could leave Zero stars. Their delivery driver Cezar is the worst representation of any courier I have ever experienced. Rude, unprofessional and utterly diabolical. Spoke to his supervisor Mr Singh Bhandal who agreed that his drivers were poorly behaved, but refused to do anything about it. STAY FAR AWAY! These people are atrocious!!

The two gentlemen who delivered our furniture this morning were efficient and professional giving notice of arrival in advance, and then unpacking the items and placing them where requested.
