No overnight parking. Based on prior reviews, I came at my appt time and did not arrive too early. Appt 0600, arrived 0550.. got a door immediately at check-in. Was unloaded by 0650. Good experience. Yard jockey even helped to cut the wire seal before getting in the door.

Now due to the recent reviews I planned to wait all day to be unloaded. I don't know if it was because it was only three trucks there or what but I was in and out in under a hour.

Turned around at 0645 to come back at 0700
Docked immediately but forklift driver is just sitting in my trailer

Forklift literally is just sitting in my trailer I guess hiding

Today is 10/15/2024 checked in 0836 for 0930 appt got door 0940 and now is 1232 still on dock i would give 0 rating if it was possible if you need where to spend hours this is the place to be.

My driver checked in at FAMILY DOLLAR'S DC at his appointment time at 08:30. They got him right into a dock......and we waited 6 hours to get unloaded. No communication from them. THEY RATE RIGHT UP THERE WITH WORST! I've missed my reload. It appears they are under construction. This is a nightmare. It SHOULD have been a 45 minute delivery. DO NOT BOOK A LOAD DIRECTLY AFTER YOUR DELIVERY! YOU WILL NOT MAKE IT. The lumper service has to be one of the most mismanaged services out there. Some people need to be fired! Where is the FAMILY DOLLAR corporate oversight at this facility? What a joke!

Drivers can check in only 10 minutes before appointment time. Not much to do while waiting, 2.5 hours to unload.

Very good experience for me. Arrived at 0615 for my 0630 appointment. Had to wait 15 min to check in. Got a door right away. Out in an hour
