Wondering why they give you an appointment time if they’re not gonna honor the appointment time you can’t be late but they can be late to unload your truck been here since 2 o’clock this morning delivery time 8 o’clock in the morning still here I’ll let you guys know what time I get unloaded today 1-2hours later

This is a new place and the workers have absolutely no idea what they are doing. The gate check takes a long time, then you have to register in the app. Pay for unloading online. After unloading, when you are empty, you can not stand on the truck site. It holds 10-12 trucks, and I was standing on it alone, it was 6 in the morning. Two minutes later, a security car drove up and kicked me out. They said that I have no right to stand there after unloading empty, that they are waiting for many trucks, although I was alone on it!!! Good thing free spaces were already starting to appear next to Pilot.

Checked in at 7:30 for 9am appointment I was on the staging area till11:20am waiting to get a Dock empty around 1pm and then I had to wait for my paperwork till 3:45 PM if you come here be ready to stay here for a long time and waste your day this pleace socks

I saw the bad reviews and was expecting not to have a good delivery, but my experience was very pleasant. The app they want you to download didn’t work for me, but they were more than happy to work around that, and everything went smoothly anyways. I had a full load and it was emptied, paid for, and I was on my way in a little over an hour. Every person I interacted with was very kind and courteous as well. I wouldn’t mind coming back here.

They do not allow overnight parking in the staging area. There is a sign posted. I went and asked the security guard that was knocking on another truck's door when I arrived the night before my appt at about 19:30 and he said no overnight parking because they don't have enough room. Found out in the morning that this is because there is typically a wait to get to a door and after check-in at the gate they send you back out to the staging area to wait to be called for a door.
Appt time was 09:00, ice cream load. Checked in at 08:10. Didn't get door until 09:40. Was unloaded with bills in hand by about 10:50. All of the people were super friendly and the actual unload didn't take too long. I give it lower stars because of the parking situation.

Truck drivers stay away from this place, I’ve been here for 3 days. When I got at the gate, the security told me I was too early to come back later. They asked for my BOL and said they said call me later and never said. Then later, the called and said I didn’t have an appointment.Very unprofessional, drivers save yourself sometimes and don’t come here. These people are unorganized!

10am appt. Got against a door at 1pm. 25 mins to unload. Nice facility. Friendly staff. Lady security guard was a great first impression for DG as was the young male assistant. Always nice to talk to 2 nice individuals with great attitudes as first impression. Don't dispute the horrible comments in reviews I read prior to my arrival, which I admit caused some apprehension. I would say just growing pains of a new facility with new people. I actually used my 3 hour wait for a door to catch up on sleep. Sometimes a delay is just what I need. If and when I deliver here again I will expect the negatives will be remedied or greatly reduced and a 4-5 star be appropriate.

Friendly staff, however the QR Code Check-In can be a pain at times. I checked in at the Security Gate was given a dock door to bump which I did. Then I checked In using the QR Code as directed. The QR Code Check-In then states for me to remain at the staging area to wait for a dock assignment. Good thing I stayed on the already assigned dock, as the unloading started almost as soon as I finished the QR Code procedure
