4 hrs to load something that took almost 20 minutes to unload. After they did get it loaded, the facility had no power, and no emergency generator, so they had no way to print the documents. And even without a lock on the dock, they refused permission to at least allow me to set axles during the delay, because they still had to apply a packing slip.

11/15/22 Edit: Have been back a number of times, 6-8 in the past year and have not seen the same personnel that 'helped' me that day. I don't think I have spent 4 hrs total loading the last loads.
New procedures speed the paperwork and the people on the dock have it, so the assignment/signing process is much smoother.
Now to get whoever is in charge of the street to change the entrance, which isn't the worst, and the Telephone Rd intersection, which is pretty bad if you need/want to turn from or onto it.
