Dear Dominic I will never forget your great energy. Aside from not being able to find the correct address. The locker team is great. I had a bunch of stuff . I thought I’d tie here up or create a line. But she had backup 3 others were assisting others. My experience was great Dominic not only bagged my items for return but also helped me process 3 more.

This is not a good location to pick up for truck drivers. There's plenty of room but the problem is that it's hard to get someone to answer the door. I end up having to request a call back everytime. And it's the same whether day or night.

Why are my packages always being dropped off in front of the garage next to the trashcan instead of the front porch where we pay for extra security services to protect we ever is delivered to us? The driver can't walk a few more steps to deliver our packages to our front door. My diabetic supplies and other items are left at the garage door next to the trashcan. This is definitely frustrating to see it says delivered then have to look for our packages. Can someone please look into why the driver can't put the packages on the FRONT PORCH PLEASE

Now that my wedding is over id like to give a huge shoutout to Domonique in escalation. not sure where she came from as i have never had any issues with amazon. but this lady has a heart of gold. while awaiting my hair appointment i received a notification stating my package was delayed. I cried so hard i didnt have a # for amazon and the chat was frustrating. After 30 mins i recieved a call from Domonique at the delivery station. I was angry im sorry but she allowed me to vent and showed concern but out of anger i kept hanging up i needed to head to my appointment so i couldn't stick around. She did not give up. 20 minutes later a driver arrived at the salon with my package. Dom - becuse of u i had the perfect wedding. I stand by amazon after this. Thank you Please show her my hair i promised her
