I moved from PA to California a while back and never got to visit the store in person. But with their quick shipping, I was able to make my first purchase and it was an excellent experience! Love you guys! You put a lot of trust in your customers. I had a ds that had some issues and they replaced it immediately. They sent me a replacement with a ship for return so they could take back the defaulty product. Truly a very awesome customer service experience. Genuine service. Will be buying more pokemon games and retro games from you guys in the future!

It gives me great pleasure to be able to delete my 2 star review and give this amazing company 5 stars. I have never dealt with any company who has ever went to the lengths they did in order to make a bad experience correct. I purchased Soul Blazer for SNES and received a bad copy. They sent me a copy and an envelope with a prepaid label to mail the bad copy back. I did not have to mail it back first. Too notch for a rare expensive game making the extra money spent well worth the time and purchase. My video review will be online.

Ordered 2 n64 controllers, but unfortunately one was out of stock. I was soon thereafter contacted to see about switching colors or a store credit, simple switch. If they don't have what you want they can definitely get you what you need. Awesome work DK!

For what I paid for a PS3 Super Slim in acceptable condition. I am very pleased. Of course the console had some scuffs but what can't really expect for a console that's well over 10 years old. The sliding disc door works and it has read all the discs I've put in it and I was even able to download all of my old digital games from 8 years ago. Including several that are no longer available, even in the classics section of the PS store. Only reason I'm docking a star is because the hard drive cover plate on the console was missing. But other than that I everything works as it should.

I love DKOldies! Every game I’ve bought from them has 100 percent worked and I’m very happy to say they are very reliable. Even when they made a slight mistake as any human can they fixed right away and their customer service was top notch. Hi, im Jay. I’ve always heard of this store but never ordered, but couldn’t pass up the rare find. The game came super quick, perfect as a Christmas gift to myself. Not only was it quick but every item in the order was in near mint condition, which as a collector, I really appreciate. Looking forward to buying from here again 🙂
