Friendly people. My unload is a floor load so it takes a few hours to be unloaded. (3-4 hours) No over night parking.

Very busy in the warehouse. Took longer than I anticipated to get unloaded. Sat for almost 3 and a half hours to unload 1/3 of a 53 foot dry van. This facility is predominantly hand load and unload. Be ready for a nap upon arrival lol.

Small place but fairly easy in and out as long as it's not jammed full of trailers. They close kind of early so try to be there before 1430.

Very professional, I arrived late got a door within minutes. There's no overnight parking on the lot, could possibly park across the street in the gravel, if you really had to.

Fast unload time. The lot leaves a lot to desire, when it rains it is a mud hole. So open your doors on the paved lot before getting to the dock. ?
