As a trucker I came to deliver a load on 20 March 2023 at 0900 and got the run around. A sign said to go to the first door in bay 1 so I did. No one was there so I walked back to the front where a lady pointed towards the bay. So I walked back to the bay, said hello with no response and no one in sight. After 10 minutes of standing there waiting for someone I knocked on the door which the sign said to report to and a lady came out very rude with a attitude and said you need to wait! You need to wait! I informed her of the situation and asked when will someone be here she said I don’t know just wait! Finally a guy came out and told me 45 minutes there are 4 trucks ahead of me. I said ok and walked back to my truck. 50 minutes later my co-driver walked up there and he was told there are 7 trucks ahead of me and that we need to sign in it will be another 45 minute wait! Told my company to never send me here again! They are not organized, bad attitude and really don’t care about quality service!

Night—crawler

Horrible place to offload. The only one forklift operator times his loads to do only 3 a day. If your the 3rd one be prepared to leave at exactly 5pm.
