I got a gift card for Christmas and when I took the silver thing off the back, I took the numbers as well so I went into the store to see if they could help me and Joanna Robles was outstanding. She went above and beyond and figured out how to get the card number for me. She didn’t just give up and say I can’t help you. She went beyond and took care of my problem and I was so blessed by her. Thank you, Joanna. She works at the Ontario Mills mall in California

Had to drive to California for a Disney store. Can find some great deals on things that were in the parks at some point. Staff was not super welcoming though. Kept getting bowled over by one trying to organize the clothes rack when the store was packed.

I’d always love going to this store. I would come twice of month because it’s quite a long drive. I recently went last week and I had a horrible experience. I never thought it was going to happen but it did. Patty Espinosa (cast member) was so rude while I was checking out. She accused me about several things something that I didn’t even do or knew about. She embarrassed me in front of other guests and cast members. A cast member like her shouldn’t be working for the company. If she worked at the park, she would’ve been fired. I hope she gets verbal warning or disciplined because what she did wasn’t okay. Sadly, it hurts me to say this but I probably won’t be back. Patty Espinosa ruined the magic for me.

I was visiting the ontario mall they have the red Disney cups at DISNEY Store for the price of 14.99 Johanna the Washier charge the cup at a different price I ask the price tag said 14.99 she charge a different price she said those are different ones I said it says the price says 14.99 she refused to match the price on what there store sale sign said. I said then is false advertisement she didn't respond. They definitely need better customer service

Disney has a great selection of gifts for boys and girls of all ages as well as princess dresses for that little one.There are even cosplay for the big boys and girls that want to have some fun and be a bit adventurous.
