Kendall acquired a difficult assignment when a tornado tore the roof off an apartment building I own. The insurance adjuster gave Disaster Masters the go ahead to mitigate the water damage. It was a huge expensive job they expertly accomplished and then had to wait many months to get paid by the insurance. Kendall’s calm professional approach solved the problem. Had a copper pipe bust in my kitchen destroying my base cabinets and flooring, Progressive Ins contracted Disaster Masters, Bodie and his crew came out diagnosed the problems removed the destroyed cabinets and flooring and found the leak, then they dried out the house using commercial sized dehumidifiers and fans.After all that they packed up my kitchen and dinette and put it up in a safe climate controlled storage center and will bring it back after the house has been restored. Bodie and his crew are top notch show up at the times promised and stay in communication of what’s next, I can’t recommend Disaster Masters strongly enough they did a great job and would not hesitate to use them again.
