Used to be a good place to do business back in the Fleetscreen days. Now with the change to AWSI, service is bad, they are making changes weekly, wanting more without updating customers. Now won't do backgrounds without an applicant giving their email address. I have applicants that don't have one. No one answers phones and goes to voice mail and told they will contact you within 48 hours. Even 1 star is over rating AWSI.

Very incompetent company. Sends paper work from other companies braking hippa laws. They often don't reply and if they do it's after hours so you can't do anything they say they need. Any company that use's awsi or disa are losing employees because they don't communicate with each other. Then always lying to you. If you have to deal with them be prepared to hire a lawyer.
