Warning - This company is nothing but a liar. Very frustrated. They were listed as the carrier for a Staples order. I never received my order. The tracking manifest has a truck breakdown listed as one reason and then listed 3 delivery attempts with comment that the business was closed and could not deliver for each of those 3 attempts. I work from home and there was absolutely no attempted delivery. My cameras would have picked up any delivery attempt. Now my order has been returned to Staples and I have to ask for refund and cannot buy the same item at the price I purchased it for originally.

This place is terrible. Boyed. will never returnee your call, I operate as transmission shop I depend on my parts to arrive on time . not once, But several times 1pm and 2pm. the arrival time is morning run by 9am, the drivers excuses is we didn't know you had a order, read your invoices . Mike has had multiple conversations, with Boyed, About this problem. No results, . Go Figure?
