I had been waiting for the new facility to open on Cemetery Rd and it's been worth the wait. I moved from a storage unit in Pearland, who kept raising their rates for a 10x10', w/o climate control. I got a 10x10' w/climate control for less money at Diamond Storage. It is on the second floor, which really increased my available space due to the high ceiling. The staff and owners are courteous and knowledgeable. Signing up was simple, plus we like keeping our money local. Easy access with gate code, door code, and a spacious elevator. They have 4-wheel dollies for customer use. Overall, a good experience.

I've been searching for an affordable, safe and well kept keep storage facility for a couple months. I almost gave up until I found Diamond Storage.

They were very helpful and nice when showing me the units. It was my first time renting a public storage and I had no idea what size I needed and they showed me each size I wanted to see even tho one was on the other side of the property

I highly recommend this storage facility not only because of how great the place is, but also because Hezekiah was unbelievable! He made small talk and made the experience awesome. I felt like I knew him all my life. I told him what I was looking for and what I could afford and he hooked me up perfectly!

This place has the best customer service of any storage place that I've been to and I'm over 50 yrs old. I have seen hundreds of these facilities as I own a local moving company and have to deal with these storage companies frequently. Ryan Gregory and the rest of his staff are the best I have dealt with. They also have great prices and sometimes run specials where you can get a free month with no extra fees. The building is new and kept very clean. You cannot go wrong with this place.

First time uhaul renter. I Rented a U-Haul from this location 2/3/2023 and the truck was on empty. After reading the contract I noticed that they were requesting that the truck be filled back to where it originally was before renting. I called them immediately explaining to them that the truck was close to empty and nowhere near half of a tank. They ended up charging my debit card for $64.00 for their mistake. I put $15 in the truck before returning it, which was more than what it had in it when I picked it up. The owner Mr. Ryan was very condescending, and did not accommodate me. Service was very poor, the truck ran very slow, and shook the entire drive. DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM HERE!!!

Ryan (owner) and the Gentleman that works the front desk are top notch honest folks. Always paying attention to every detail to make sure that you are taken care of. I have had my RV with them for a little over a year now, and while we were moving from house to house the folks at Diamond Storage took wonderful care of us while we were in a pinch no questions asked. As long as i am in the area, this is my storage place! Great prices and great people!

I highly recommend Diamond Storage and all of its services. A very convenient location to serve the people of any of the surrounding cities. I have found cause to visit the property several times it is always clean, well maintained, and well managed. I am always greated with a pleasant smile. The D.S. team have a true customer first attitude.
I recently rented a U-haul truck to move some furniture across town. It was a perfect experience from reservation to drop-off. Jennifer (property manager) was extremely helpful and attentive. She is a total sweetheart. Thank you for everything!! I'd like to add a sincere thank you to Ryan as well.
