Be prepared, it will take a long time. I went there twice, the first time was 3.5 hours, the second time was 6 hours. It's not the products that were produced at that time. They are all finished beverages. Just pack them. I don't know how they spend the time? As a truck driver, I should stay away from this kind of warehouse. I hope their leaders can see and improve it.

Arrived early before my appointment time and they checked me in at the gate and assigned door immediately. Loading didn’t start until 3 hours after but still get loaded before my appointment! Everyone seems to be doing fine and being nice! Must appoint the restroom located inside by the office, very clean and smells good. Thank you for cleaning and keeping it clean! They are pretty busy here!

BAD RUDE PEOPLE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL.
I checked in 13:00 they told me we will call you after 3 hours i went to the office and they told me go back to your truck we have your number and after 2 hours still no dock. I went to the office they ignored me and told me we gonna load you tomorrow with very bad attitude. They called me 4 am after 9 and half hours office management needs to be changed very bad customer service.

These guys will have you sitting all day. I showed up at 11am and it is now 9:30pm and they have not even started loading. I wonder why they have you show up at a certain time just to make you sit all day. Do not bother coming here.

Check in 11 Am check out 7:30 pm for no reason they took forever to load appt was 1 pm they put 1 pallet every 30 minutes 🤷‍♂️ idk why

This is by far the worst warehouse I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is unprofessional, the service is extremely slow, and the organization is nonexistent. They waste drivers’ time without any consideration, and the overall experience is frustrating and unacceptable. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I don’t never won’t DHL to deliver anything to me again because I never received my package and when I reached out to them they responded 5 days later and stated my package had been delivered but I have no proof of that. Plus when I called the customer associates they are very rude
