Not the worst place in the world. You need your pickup number minus the letters and your ID to check in. This also happens at other places. They gave me door 3084 at a little after 7 when they open and I was loaded at 9:30 so that was cool. They don't call or come out. Green light back in, red light. When you get the 2nd green you pull out, put your load locks up, they don't do that, and pull back around tp door 1055 to check out. You put the seal on..guard shack guy was a little short in the morning entry, but the exit lady guard was nice when I left.

Well. Check in people are nice but after that you just wonder 💭 if I am on right door or right warehouse you just going to sit there sit and sit and no one will tell you for hours what’s going on. Yea also nice clean bathroom and vending machines

If u get loaded on the backside of the building, it's usually fast. About 30-45 minutes tops, well at least for me.

I wish I had a chance to give zero star to them, but here is my ex experiencing. This is my third time and that’s the worst experience ever in my life. I came here yesterday around 6 PM. My appointment was next day 11 o’clock. I was planning to checked in early morning 7 o’clock once they open. so they open at seven. I went in for check-in at the counter. She told me to wait and I went there for 10 minutes and she said go to the backside of the building and wait there. We will call you so they call me around 9:30 and give me a door 1087. I backed up to the door and waiting for the Load they took 7 hours to load me for that seven hours I cancel my next loads they are totally unprofessional working in this yard. No good customer services. No facilities and when I call in the office. For request for them to load me faster she hang up the phone. I tried to call her again. She put on hold and after that my all calls went to the voicemail that’s all I suggest you know to come here thanks budies

Yes. Place sucks as previously reviewed . Almost 6 hours to load me which caused me to be late to same day delivery . All other tractors in doors next to me also waiting same time as me . Could hardly understand the Bs in office accents. Well you know it’s an Atlanta area warehouse. I’d like to make a few more comments but I’d probsly be banned, if you know what I mean. Nuff said. Never again back here

Got there on a Saturday morning around 9 AM, no other trucks around. They loaded me a half trailer,weighed about 6K. Security guard and the girls in the office were very nice.

We got two trucks been loading over 20 hours !!!!!!!!! for last 3 days!
If I could put zero or negative stars I would this is terrible place do not go!!!!!

it took them 24 hours to get trailer loaded !!!
