Work Environment and Facilities

Work areas have consistently been in poor condition, posing safety hazards. The bathrooms have remained broken for over a year, which significantly affects daily operations and employee well-being. Additionally, the workspace is cluttered and dirty, making it difficult to maintain a productive environment.

Career Advancement

Opportunities for career advancement are extremely limited. There is little room for growth, and employees often find themselves stuck in the same position without clear pathways for promotion or development.

Workplace Culture and Music

The workplace culture is negatively impacted by the repetitive and often inappropriate selection of music. The same songs are played repeatedly throughout the day, which can be distracting and demoralizing for employees.

Human Resources and Leadership

The Human Resources department has been unhelpful and unprofessional, displaying perceived dishonesty and a lack of support for employees. Leadership demands respect from employees but often fails to exhibit the same level of respect and professionalism. There have been instances where leadership has behaved rudely and disrespectfully, undermining their authority and trustworthiness.

Safety and Injury Management

Safety protocols appear to be inadequately enforced. Employees who are injured on the job may face punitive actions, including write-ups, which can lead to termination. There are concerns that some members of leadership may lie to justify the firing of injured employees, creating a hostile and unsafe work environment.

Discrimination and Fair Treatment

There are serious concerns regarding discrimination within the workplace. It appears that different racial groups are subjected to different rules and standards, leading to an inequitable and divided work environment. Some supervisors are perceived to allow favoritism, which contributes to an unfair and biased atmosphere. Additionally, some supervisors permit bullying and deceitful behavior, which can derail the careers of those they dislike without proper justification or communication.

Overall Experience

Overall, the combination of poor working conditions, lack of advancement opportunities, unprofessional HR and leadership displaying perceived dishonesty, safety concerns, and perceived discriminatory practices make this workplace challenging and demoralizing. These issues need to be addressed to create a safer, more respectful, and equitable environment for all employees.

Horrible place to get unloaded at. The girl at the front desk with the thick over drawn eyebrows is rude. And you will keep hearing 15-20 minutes and we'll be done. Facilities parking lot is full of trash.

I’m not sure who works at the “security guard” stand at the front gate, but she was so rude to me earlier. They had a job fair, offers on the spot and I reserved to be there. Not only did she rudely turn me away but insulted me as well. I told her I was there for the job interviews and she said and I quote “Oh it’s over, who comes to a interview this late?” it’s 1:30PM. Not only are you minding my business instead of being professional but (in response) DHL said “The job fair was from 8am-3pm” how is it over. Not that it was her business but I told her I had just gotten back in town from a family emergency and If I could make a u- turn behind the back of her porta potty. If this is what it’s like out the gate literally, what’s going on inside ?

Been there 3 months it was a little unorganized at first and there’s still some issues but it’s getting better and they offer great benefits and have access to the gym, basketball courts , soccer courts and they have massages sessions every Monday and Tuesday free

USED SEASONAL PEOPLE FOR A MONTH & GAVE US SEPARATION PAPERS... DON'T KNOW THE FACTORS OF THE CUT, BUT I OUTWORKED ALOT OF PERMANENT PEOPLE AND THOUGHT FOR SURE I WOULD BE KEPT FULL TIME WHEN PEAK WAS OVER. #I FEEL USED AND THREW AWAY 👎🏿✌🏿
