Worst customer service I ever had. Need to ship a parcel from Oakland to South Korea. The receiver wants to pay for it. I call customer service and when I can get a human, I am told I need to request online with no other assistance. I go down to the DHL location by SFO and they say they can't assist in any way. Need to fill out request online. I ask the chatbot for help and they give me the customer service for global forwarding and I choose air and the phone rings twice and hangs up on me every time. Online request won't let me change the billing to the location I'm sending it to. Would never use again.

Very nice and thorough, for a change. If it's going on a plane, they have to inspect it, so don't seal the package.
