DHL - Van Nuys has failed to deliver my package. DHL has claimed to make two (2) unsuccessful attempts, but the details of those attempts do not align with my experience.

The first attempt was made to a third-party mail company, and the courier reportedly claimed the business was closed. The second attempt was made to my home address, where I provided very clear and specific access and delivery instructions. However, the courier stated that I was not home, despite the fact that there was no knock on the door or a call from the intercom.

Given these circumstances, I have lost trust in the reliability of DHL and its couriers. It seems there may be a shortage of couriers or a failure to properly manage delivery routes. I am concerned that DHL may be misrepresenting delivery attempts in an effort to push customers to pick up packages from their warehouse instead.

I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, including a valid attempt to re-deliver my package, and clarification on the reasons for the failed delivery attempts.
