I always have a pleasant experience at DHL with the employees. However today I dealt with Jarrett and as always he was pleasant and patient and knowledgeable about what I needed and when I had to call my boss about it Jarrett waited patiently and provided a way to get the needed info to him so that the box could be sent off correctly

Absolutely horrible. Didn’t even call to say the package had arrived. Just said delivery was unsuccessful, when I called the company line 2 minutes after the truck left they said they couldn’t do anything. Horrible customer service. Useless company.

Eddy at the DHL store in Savannah was awesome. Great customer service, effeicent and very patient. This will definitely be my go to location for all future international shipping needs. Never met a more pleasant customer service representative.

Very very poor service. My package departed from Cincinnati on Thursday morning and come atlanta in morning. I have 2 package. 1 package I was go to office and pick up on Monday. 1 was out of delivery on Monday. But I can't get. I get my package on Wednesday. They show online nobody at address. Still whole day waiting. They not came at my place. But they apply about details . Delivery man tell hurricane effect for late delivery. So how can I pick up package ontime?

I did not know that all DHL deliveries require a signature. Needless to say I was not home when they attempted to deliver my package. I went to the facility and the driver had not returned but the guy in the office told me that he would stay late if need be so I could get my package. I needed it for a wedding the next day. I really appreciate that.

I’ve been waiting for a package for weeks they continue to say a delivery attempt was made when I’ve been home every single time the “supposed delivery” was attempted. But no how failed to knock on my door or ring my door bell

The worst drivers at this service point. They do not even bring the package to door for delivery and just mark it as owner was not home and make it as fail delivery. I even have the recording on camera of the driver that did these which cost me a lot.
