Logre obtener mi paquete de pura casualidad, la señorita tiene discapacidad para el trabajo, le falta un ojo y no logra articular bien las palabras, en un punto me grito dado a que se desespero por repetirle una pregunta. En el paquete se encontraba tanto mi nombre como el de mi abuela y obligatoriamente lo tuvo que recoger mi padre porque la señorita se le pintó, también tuve que presentar mi ¿¿¿¿acta de nacimiento, honestamente no se porque la señorita hizo tanto pancho para un paquete el cual podía haber recibido mi abuela. Esa señorita NO está capacitada para trabajar y no se debe a su discapacidad si no a su carácter

Son los peores, si usted puede optar por otra paqueteria, no lo dude y hágalo. Me perdieron un paquete y me hicieron pagar impuestos con la excusa de que si no pagaba no me llegaría, no contentos nunca me entregaron mi paquete ni me devolvieron lo pagado de impuesto, los del servicio al cliente nunca saben nada. Dhl fue lo peor que me ha pasado en cuanto a paqueteria

Buena mensajería algo cara, en lo personal No la contrataría me enviaron de mercado libre un artículo y no estaba el repartidor me llamo por teléfono y se dedico a criticar de donde vivo, barrio y casa. Por contratar gente así no creo ni quiero usar sus servicios.
