I had to drive 35 minutes to get here. I was definitely nervous it was going to be a warehouse with no shipping but thankfully they do ship out of this location. Shannon was super quick, clear and so willing to help. She had a great attitude.

I will say the fee $52 felt very expensive for a simple letter though not even a package. Regardless I went through with shipping.

Julie was the freaking best!! The customer service line told me that the package was already out for delivery with the driver but I had a feeling to stop by the DHL location to check for myself and sure enough it was still here!! It was loaded on the truck though so the lady I spoke to on the phone wasn’t 100% wrong. But she just didn’t take the time to verify if the trucks had already left. Julie was amazing though and got it to me right away!
